A Nigerian-owned telecommunication company, GLO, donated the sum of 1.5 billion Naira to the Federal Government and the Lagos State government to help battle the pandemic taking a toll on the country.
Bella Disu the daughter of the owner of Mike Adenuga Foundation (MAF) presented a 500 million Naira cheque to the Lagos state Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, at the State Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja on behalf of MAF. A cheque of 1 billion Naira was Presented to the Governor of Central, Bank, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, in the Federal Capital Territory by one of the representatives of the foundation.
